Your Sister's a Prostitute.

Here is something that has bothered me for some time. Remember when Zinedine Zidane head-butted that Italian defender in the 2006 World Cup Final? Remember when Zidane said the reason he head-butted the Italian defender was because the Italian called Zidane's sister a prostitute?

Now, I can see why anyone bad-mouthing your sister would make you angry, but herein lies my dilemma. I'm sure that Zidane's sister is not a prostitute. Why would she need to be one when her brother makes a crap ton of money and can pay for everything she needs.

Since I know that Zidane's sister is not a prostitute, stands to reason that Zidane himself would know that his sister is not a prostitute. So, when the Italian defender tried to get a rise out of Zidane by calling his sister a protitute, why didn't Zidane just said "No she's not," and walk away? Why the head-butt? But when he does head-butt the Italian defender, it makes me think that Zidane might have the tiny inkling in the back of his mind that's saying, "Maybe my sister is a prostitute."

Bottom line of this convoluted thought: if you know for a fact that your sister/mother/brother/father is NOT a prostitute/gigilo/pimp, then you have no reason to head-butt somebody in the chest when they insult your relatives' profession.

And now, let's take a look at that head-butt.
